County Office Support Specialist
General Definition
Research and provide data to management staff to ensure that county leases and amendments are reviewed, updated, and executed in a timely manner. Support county office operations in such areas as (but not limited to): telephone systems, furniture orders, fax and copier services, office moves, supply allocations, filing systems, records retention, secure document destruction, supplemental training, and emergency staffing. Responsibilities involve occasional travel to county offices with some overnights.
Training, Education, Knowledge, and Required or Preferred Skills
Four-year college degree and/or comparable company experience preferred.
Successful completion of AINS-21 preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software required.
Familiarity with Company policies, procedures, and workflow preferred.
Familiarity with software applications and systems used in county offices preferred.
Familiarity with county office structure, workflow, and basic operations preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Strong interpersonal communication skills required.
Ability to research, analyze, and organize data required.
Independent work habits required.
Ability to multi-task required.
