About the Role

As a Document Imaging Associate, you will prepare, validate, and scan/image insurance related documents.

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Preference given to applicants with extended education and/or training.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to process repetitive work with accuracy

  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Reliable and capable of working independently

  • Demonstrate speed and accuracy using the 10 key stroke

Location and Commitments

  • Full-time role based at our Corporate Office in Raleigh, NC 27612

  • 40 hours per week

Responsibilities of the Role

  1. Prepare and validate documents prior to scanning.

  2. Scan batches of documents using various scanning processes.

  3. Identify and sort documents electronically.

  4. Resolve scanner problems and conduct daily scanner maintenance.
